Aim & Scope
1. TOBIDER - International Journal of Social Sciences started its publication life in 2017. Our journal's ISSN: 2587-2591 to avoid confusion with other journals with the same name.
2. TOBIDER - International Journal of Social Sciences is an e-journal where academic, scientific and research-based articles are published. It is published three times a year.

TOBIDER - International Journal of Social Sciences is a journal that publishes in all fields of social sciences such as Turkish Language and Literature, Turkish Education, History, Art History, History Education, Social Studies Education, Geography, Geography Education, Music, Fine Arts, Sociology, Philosophy, Theology, All Departments of Education Faculties, Information Technologies, Economics and Administrative Sciences.
4. The language of the articles can be in Turkish, English, German, French, Russian, Bulgarian and Dutch.
5. TOBIDER - International Journal of Social Sciences is a journal with an Open Journal System, scanned by many databases and indexes, purchased DOI numbers for its articles, and is trying to become widespread on an international basis.
6. TOBIDER - International Journal of Social Sciences aims to advance academic studies in various fields of social sciences and to provide young academics, each of whom continues their studies in their own field, with the opportunity to reach wider academic audiences.
7. Our mission is to be a reference journal where internal dynamics are alive, constantly evolving and developing, offering new perspectives and gathering information from all fields of social sciences.
8. Our journal will be scanned by more databases and indexes with its Open Access System feature, and in this way, it will provide easy and unlimited access to researchers and interested readers.
9. The works that are desired to be published in our journal can be uploaded via the DergiPark system, as you must become a member and then you can submit your article.
10. The articles that are considered for publication are submitted for publication after receiving approval from double-blind peer-review.

Writing Rules
General Principles
1. International Journal of Social Sciences is an international peer-reviewed journal and is published three times a year.
2. Submission of the manuscript to the International Journal of Social Sciences is accepted as an application for publication. No royalties are paid for the articles.
3. International Any legal responsibility for the content of the articles published in the Journal of Social Sciences belongs to the author.
4. International The Journal of Social Sciences has the right to make corrections in the submitted articles, to publish or not to publish the articles.
5. Although the publication language is Turkey Turkish, it is possible to include articles in other Turkish dialects , English , German and French when deemed necessary and appropriate.
6. Turkish and English abstract of at least 200 words at the beginning of the article , 3-5 words of keywords ; Turkish and English title should be included.
7. Under the title of the article , information such as the name of the author, his title, the institution he works for and ¬the e-mail address where he can be reached should not be included . This information will be added to the article by the editor after the articles have gone through the referee process, since the academician who added the articles to the system or sent them to the journal can already be seen by the system administrator. Therefore, while the articles are being entered into the system, it should be reviewed and ensured that no information about the author is included in the article. This is important in terms of allowing the referees who will review the article to act more easily.
8. The manuscript can be sent via the Article Tracking System at www.tobider.com , from the personal page entered with an e-mail address and password, or from the http://dergipark.gov.tr/toplumsalbilimler page where our journal is located in DergiPark , using the Submit Article link. In articles with more than one author, whoever is the first author, the article should be uploaded to the system, and the other authors should be added to the "other authors" section on the system. After the article is added to the system, the referee process can be followed from the same page. After this stage, it is necessary to wait for the reports from all the referees to make the corrections. Because authors can add a correction to the system once. Because when the correction requested by a referee is made and the article is added to the system, the requested corrections will not be made if a second referee requests corrections at the next stage.
9. Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not have been previously published elsewhere. The publication of symposium papers that have not been published in the form of a book is possible provided that this situation is stated.
10. Manuscripts must be sent in the format specified below. Manuscripts that are not entered into the system in this format will not be considered.

2. Details such as page numbers, headers and footers should not be included in the manuscripts.
3. Only the first letters of each word of the headings in the article should be written in capitals and bold, and no other formatting should be included.
4. In terms of spelling and punctuation, the Spelling Guide of the Turkish Language Institution should be taken as a basis, except for special cases necessitated by the article or the subject.
5. APA should be used as the citation system in the article , however, authors who want to submit articles on History can submit their articles using the footnote method, since the APA system is insufficient for this field. There must be a bibliography at the end of the article.
Ethical Principles and Publication Policy
Ethic Principles
All authors guarantee that their work is original. When they include ideas, languages, pictures, graphics and tables from other researchers in their studies, they have to cite them as quotations. Quoting without specifying the source, using even a sentence from your own work or the work of others leads to plagiarism.
Each author named in the study is responsible for the content of the study. It is unacceptable to not include the name of the researcher who contributed to the study, or to include his name unjustly even though he did not contribute.
There is no simultaneous submission of the study to the journals. Authors should not submit a study to more than one journal at the same time. Related to this issue, authors should not submit their previously published work to the journal.
Authors should stick to the findings of their research. It is out of question to change the findings, to make up findings and results and to conduct research based on them. Situations such as tampering with data and materials, deleting, removing or skipping the interpretation of difficult data are distrustful. Authors should avoid disparaging comments.
All articles sent to our journal are examined in the iThenticate plagiarism program and the referee process is started according to the report compliance result.
Ethical Rules for Referees
Reviewers should be aware that the evaluation process is confidential and should not be shared with third parties.
Every study submitted to the journal should be subjected to impartial evaluation by the referees.
Reviewers must submit a clear and constructive evaluation report on the work within the specified time.
When it is understood that the work is plagiarized or has been previously published elsewhere, the referees should notify the editor.
Ethical Rules for Editorial Team and Editor
The editor and the editorial team keep the referee evaluation process confidential and do not share it with third parties.
Regardless of religion, language, race, gender, nationality, seniority or institutional affiliation, the editor and the editorial team display an impartial attitude to every work submitted to the journal and approved for publication.
In the face of a claim that an article sent to the journal is plagiarized, is in the process of being published or has been published elsewhere, the journal editor and the editorial team investigate the situation. If the relevant claim is confirmed, the editor will not publish the article.
Price Policy
2022 Aralık sayısından itibaren gönderim ücreti alınmaktadır. Uluslararası Toplumsal Bilimler Dergisine makale göndermek isteyen yazarlardan, 1000 TL'lik hizmet bedeli alınır. Bu bedel, derginin Crossref'e ödemiş olduğu DOI ücreti ve İntihal yazılımlarına (İthenticate vb.) ödenmektedir. Makale yayımlansın ya da yayımlanmasın bu ücret iade edilmez. Makale yayıma kabul edilmezse, yazar ikinci bir makaleyi ek bir hizmet ücreti ödemeden dergiye gönderebilir. 7 Mart 2019'da Yükseköğretim Kurulu'nun aldığı karara istinaden:
"Makale kabulünden sonra yayımlanması için yazardan ücret veya ek ücret talep eden dergiler (Yağmacı/Şaibeli Dergiler), bu ilişkinin bir çıkar çatışması içermesi nedeniyle doçentlik başvuru şartlarında (beyannamede) kullanılamaz. Ancak özgeçmiş ve eserler listesine eklenmelidir.
Bu bağlamda aşağıdaki dergiler doçentlik başvuru şartlarında (beyannamede) kullanılabilir:
- Makale başvurusu sırasında -kabul/red şartına bağlı olmaksızın- ücret alan dergiler,
- Abonelik usulü ile çalıştığı halde ilgili makaleyi açık erişimli yapmak için ücret talep eden dergiler,
- Makale basımı sürecinde yazarlardan herhangi bir ücret talep etmeyen dergiler
